Spring Break Practice Schedule (April 5-9):

  • Distance – Mon-Fri 8:30-10:30AM 
  • Sprints, Jumps, Hurdles – Tues, Wed, Thurs 10:00-12:00
  • Pole Vault – Tues 6:00-8:00PM, Thurs (change from Fri) 8:30-10:00AM
  • Throws – Wed & Fri 10:30-12:00PM

 If you are in town, we will see you at practice. If you are out of town, here are some workouts for sprints, jumps, hurdles and vaulters.
