General Admission: Adults: $10*, Students: $5*, Under 12: free! (*1.55 convenience fee is added)

First Running Event starts at 9:00 AM; First Field Event starts at 9:30 AM.
Site: Torrey Pines HS – all weather track – 3/16″ needles only
16 schools – boys & girls
Fees: $450.00 for both teams total
*Do not send any fees until your entry is confirmed

Please read the following carefully before entering your athletes!
1) Every team is guaranteed a spot in the following events:
– All laned relays (except shuttle hurdle relays)
– HORIZONTAL field events (long jump, triple jump, shot put, discus)
2) Enter names for the following events:
– Distance Relays (4×1600, DMRs) – let me know if you plan to enter a B team
– Shuttle Hurdle Relay – regular & co-ed – For the Co-ed 4×110 Shuttle Hurdles, please enter a name so we know you are entering a team.
– Individual track races – max of 2-3 names per race (NOTE: For the 1500m, please submit 1600m times.)

Track Relay Events
Every full team is guaranteed a lane/spot in the relays. Please be sure you enter your athletes into the correct session for your school (see table above). Athletes entered in Novice races should be JV athletes. Check the list of events above for clarification.
Shuttle 4 x 100 hurdles, 4 x110 hurdles, & co-ed 4 x 110 hurdles – girl (33″)-boy (39″)-girl (33″)-boy (39″)

DMR & Novice DMR
***In the DMR and 4×1600, you can enter additional teams (both varsity and novice).
***The Co-Ed 4x110m Shuttle Hurdles will be run – girl (33″)-boy (39″)-girl (33″)-boy (39″)
***The Co-ed 4x400m will be 2 girls and 2 boys (any order).
Individual Track Events
The standard non-relay track events (100m, 100HH/110HH, 300LH/300IH, 400m, 800m, 1500m) are individual events. Every school will be guaranteed 2 spots. Please submit honest times. We will have a list of alternates. Note: For the 1500m, please submit 1600m times.
Horizontal Field Events
Each school may enter up to 3 athletes in the jumps, 2 athletes in the throws. This will be scored as a relay event (all distances/heights will be added together). PLEASE ENTER NAMES IN ATHLETIC.NET.
Vertical Field Events
Each school may enter up to 2-3 athletes in the high jump and pole vault. Flights will be based on qualifying marks. We will have a list of alternates.
Awards
Track Events will medal 1st to 4th place. Awards will be given at the finish line. Field Events will medal 1st to 5th place and awards will be given at the event area.
