Here is the dual meet order of events This is an approximate time schedule. Follow the order of events, not the actual time of the race.
What to bring to the meet:
BRING/WEAR: Racing singlet, racing shorts, sweatshirt, sweatpants, socks, spikes, running shoes, water, a snack, and RAIN GEAR
***Expect it to get cold as the sun sets!
