We have several opportunities for parents to come help the program, 5 of them are home competitions, this season and will need as much parent help as possible. Please take a look at the volunteer opportunities at each of the events below. The more help we have, the smoother and faster the meet. Thank you!

- Falcon Relays – March 21 ***MANDATORY ATHLETE ATTENDANCE
- NCC Coastal League Finals – May 9 (coming soon)
- CIF Div 1 Championships – May 16 (coming soon)
- Track Banquet – May 20 (coming soon)
At track meets, we will need help in the following areas:
- Concessions
- Finish Line – Clerk of the Course, Staging the athletes
- Field events – Raking and/or measuring at long jump, triple jump, high jump, shot put, discus, and pole vault

- We need help at field events, concessions and ticket sales!!!!
FALCON RELAYS STUDENT SIGN UPS – Mandatory for all track athletes
- Please select the morning session (7:30AM-12:30PM) or the afternoon session (12:00-5:30PM) –> For hurdlers, jumpers and sprinters
- Distance runners, pole vaulters and throwers will receive assignments form their event area coach and captains.
