BRING/WEAR: Racing singlet, racing shorts, sweatshirt, sweatpants, socks, spikes, running shoes, water, a snack, windbreaker

Volunteering at Home Dual Meet: May 1
We need help in the following areas:
- Concessions
- Finish Line – Clerk of the Course, Staging the athletes
- Field events – Raking and/or measuring at long jump, triple jump, shot put and discus
