VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

FALCON RELAY – SATURDAY
March 21

This is a multi-school (18 teams), day-long track and field event that we host and is our primary fundraising event of the season. We will need help all day with a variety of activities such as ticket sales, concession sales, and track and field event coordination. Please mark your calendars and plan to volunteer for something.

Saturday May 16

We are running the boys & girls jumps pit at CIF Prelims @ Del Norte High School. We will need athlete & parents to help measure and mark jumps to make the meet run smoothly and efficiently. All volunteers will receive free entry into the meet.

May 20

This is the end-of-the-year banquet and awards ceremony for the Track & Field team. We need volunteers to help with setup, serving food, and clean-up.

Requested Donation – $400 per athlete

Cardinal Level Sponsor – $600

  • Name on TPHS Digital Scoreboard during 4 home meets (~300-400 spectators/meet)
  • 2 free entrance tickets to Falcon Relays ($30 value)
  • 1 TPHS Track Team athletic shirt

Gold Level Sponsor – $900

  • Name on TPHS Digital Scoreboard during 4 home meets (300-400 spectators/meet) and Falcon Relays (2000 spectators)
  • 4 free entrance tickets to Falcon Relays ($60 value)
  • 2 TPHS Track Team athletic shirts
  • Exemption from Falcon Relay Volunteer Commitment

Donations can be made in three monthly payments.
