AVO-WEST LEAGUE SCHEDULE (TBD)
The first field event is 9:00 am.
The first running event is 10:00 am.
All athletes must be at the meet (TBD) 1.5 hrs prior to the start of the athlete’s first event.
Qualifying for CIF:
To qualify for CIF, the athlete must either 1) be the league winner of the event or 2) hit the CIF qualifying mark (CIF qualifying marks are attached). If the athlete is close to the CIF qualifying mark, they should continue practicing next week since there may be a chance the athlete gets in at-large.
Uniforms for relays must be completely matching, including spandex. Sports bras must be a single color if shown.
Spikes must be 3/16 needles. Please see me if you need some.
The spectator entry fee is $6 for adults and $5 for students/seniors. Children under 5 are free.
We need student volunteers for the shot put and girls jumps. Please email me if you are available to help.
