Workouts will be primarily in the TP Stadium & Weight Room: \n\nMondays 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nWednesdays 3:15-5:15PM (workout & weight room)\n  \nSession #2 begins on Monday\, November 9\, 2026 to Thursday\, February 4\, 2027. Workouts will be in the TP Stadium\, TP Softball field/ Lower Field  & Weight Room: \nMonday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nTuesday 3:45-5:15PM (workout)\nThursday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room) \nDISTANCE Preseason will start in January. More info to come. \n\n\n\nTo participate\, please complete the following:\n1) Go to the USATF website and sign up for a youth membership.
