DESCRIPTION:There are 2 sessions of preseason training this year.\nDel Mar Track Club Preseason 2026-27\n\n\nSession #1 begins on Monday\, September 14\, 2026 to Wednesday\, November 4\, 2026. Workouts will be primarily in the TP Stadium & Weight Room: \n\nMondays 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nWednesdays 3:15-5:15PM (workout & weight room)\n  \nSession #2 begins on Monday\, November 9\, 2026 to Thursday\, February 4\, 2027. Workouts will be in the TP Stadium\, TP Softball field/ Lower Field  & Weight Room: \nMonday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nTuesday 3:45-5:15PM (workout)\nThursday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room) \nDISTANCE Preseason will start in January. More info to come. \n\n\n\nTo participate\, please complete the following:\n1) Go to the USATF website and sign up for a youth membership. The club number for the Del Mar Track Club is #44-0173.\n2) Next\, sign up for Track preseason – https://web.charityengine.net/TPTrackandFieldPreseason\n\nTo join the Track & Field team:\nComplete the TPHS Athletic Clearance.
