DESCRIPTION:There are 2 sessions of preseason training this year.\n\n\nSession #1 begins on Monday\, September 8\, 2025 to Wednesday\, November 5\, 2025. Workouts will be primarily in the TP Stadium & Weight Room: \n\nMondays 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nWednesdays 3:15-5:15PM (workout & weight room)\n  \nSession #2 begins on Monday\, November 10\, 2025 to Friday\, February 6\, 2026. Workouts will be in the TP Stadium\, TP Softball field  & Weight Room: \nMonday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nWednesday 3:15-5:15PM (workout & weight room)\nFriday 3:45-5:15PM (workout) \nDISTANCE Preseason will start January 12. \nMonday 3:45-5:45PM (workout & weight room)\nFriday 3:45-5:45PM (workout)\nSaturday 8:00-10:00AM (long run @ Fletcher Cove) \n\n\n\nTo participate\, please complete the following:\n1) Go to the USATF website and sign up for a youth membership.
