We have our second dual meet competition this Thursday at Mt. Carmel HS, 4:15PM.

Early Release from class if you are competing – 1:30PM

Bus Departs from the bus circle in front of the school – 1:45PM
***Note: You must be dressed and in school colors to compete before getting on the bus. No jeans!
Athletes, wear your team shirt at school that day!
Here is the dual meet order of events. This is an approximate time schedule.
What to bring to the meet:
BRING/WEAR: Racing singlet, racing shorts, sweatshirt, sweatpants, socks, spikes, running shoes, water, a snack, windbreaker
***Expect it to get cold as the sun sets!
