Optional Summer XC/ Track Workouts

Optional summer training begins on Monday, June 27-July 29,2022 . Distance running workouts will be Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday from 7:30-10:00 AM at Canyonside Park and weight room workouts for both XC & Track will be Tuesdays/ Thursdays 3:00-4:30PM at TP Weight Room.
To participate, please complete the following:
1) Go to the USATF website and sign up for a youth membership. The club number for the Del Mar Track Club is #44-0173.

Practice During Season
Monday-Friday: 3:15-5:15 pm
Saturday: 9:00-12:00
Sunday: None
